Municipal elections are held in every municipality of Denmark every fourth year on the third Tuesday in November.

and on the yellow paper A for the party Socialdemokratiet
Who can vote?
The rules for voting at Municipal Elections are different than for the states General Election.
People who can vote at the Municipal Elections:
Danish citizens, citizens of all EU-member states, Norwegian and Icelandic citizens can vote if they are over 18 years of age and reside permanently in the municipality.
Also everyone who are over 18 years of age and have resided in Denmark for more than three years prior to the election and who resides permanently in the municipality. MORE danglish HERE
