we ate pizza saw Geisha Girl Film following 15-year-old Yukina as she leaves home and travels to Kyoto to embark on the arduous training to become a trainee geisha girl, otherwise known as a maiko







Manja slept long so I breakfasted alone on a sunny balcony

to Project Kingfisher





around sunset we dropped in on Kingshurst City Technology College
and heard what courses they offer 16 to 18 year olds
and the North Solihull Sports Centre
about time I started swimming again

and Manja made the salad and I microwaved a frozen pizza..
